Immaculately clean place with nice hot and plentiful breakfasts. Lovely bathroom and great value and well-kept room. A lot of delightful food at breakfast time.

The weather was warm, had very good stay in addition to the shuttle buses which makes it a great value. The location was ideal, in the area in general, convenient to go everywhere.

Exceptional service was provided. We ate in the stunning restaurant presumably because of the price which was reasonably priced. The location was good for first time visitors to Slough.

This hotel was located in a central area close to communal areas and breakfast arrangements, less weknow london and the restaurant for an evening meal.

Reasonable and hot breakfast, best ever had, with sausage and curry and basic hot. The hotel was set in a central area very close to Heathrow airport as well as Windsor or surrounding areas. And there was Not so Indian with short-orders near the venue, super convenient:)))

The airport was 10 km away from here, the best and strategic location. It was an extra comfy area, a perfect base for me. The restaurant was very convenient for the food they served, I tried appetising dishes.

The place was fairly clean with a very efficient and brilliantly helpful staff at 04-00 duty manager. The twin room we stayed in was very good sized with the sofa beds. The hotel was good value and beautifully appointed and in a central location not far from convenient for public transport, the tube and Oxford, Windsor, Watford, Salisbury.

The room I booked was a small refrigerator so water could be kept cold specially in the hot summer weather and available with a double bed & sofa bed. The breakfast I had was reasonable and nice hot with all continental style pastries, scrambled egg and sausage. The location was handy - next to a different terminal, convenient for public transport and both legoland & windsor castle.

The check-in staff were friendly, allowing us to check in early, and the room was clean and spacious with comfortable beds. The hotel was exceptionally clean, tidy, and comfortable, and the staff were helpful. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, with a variety of options. We were made to feel welcome in the comfortable seating areas while waiting for our return journey. The staff arranged a shuttle transfer back to the airport for us.

It's exceptionally clean hotel with perfect rooms and accommodating staff. The location is marvellous and handy, close to local shops.

I had a great stay for a short visit and I would definitely stay here again. The staff was excellent and attentive, and the food was fabulous. The room was spotless and the location was quiet and convenient, close to everything. Additionally, it was great to be able to walk to Ditton Park in just 25 minutes.

Actually the room was spotless and immaculate with a double bed & sofa bed, the air-conditioner, for example.

My partner and I stayed at Holiday Inn Express T5 for three nights during our two-month travel adventure. Despite initially feeling skeptical about the small room, our opinion quickly changed after experiencing the convenient bus service from terminal 5 and enjoying the delicious breakfast. The staff, particularly Manager Maciez, went above and beyond, providing spare fans to combat the air-conditioning issue, assisting with ticket printing, and offering complimentary onsite parking. Their helpfulness and dedication made our stay enjoyable, and we would gladly return.
